Update Process
The bdbji app is updated regularly. You'll be notified within the app whenever a new update is available. On iOS, you can enable automatic updates via the App Store. On Android, the update prompt appears when you open the app. The older version will still work without updating, but keeping the app up to date ensures you get the latest features.
Multi-Device Access
You can log in to both the mobile app and the website using the same bdbji account. However, if you're active on two devices at the same time, one session may be automatically logged out for security reasons. Family members should each use their own separate account.
Data Saver Mode
Enabling "Data Saver" mode in the app settings reduces your internet usage. In this mode, high-resolution images won't load and video autoplay is disabled — especially useful if you're on a limited mobile data plan.
What to do if something goes wrong
If the app won't install or run, start by restarting your phone. If that doesn't help, uninstall and reinstall the app. Clearing app data won't affect your betting history — everything is stored on our servers. For further issues, reach out through the app or email us at support@bdbji.net.
